Olympia Arab Festival Volunteer BBQ

Are you a high school student looking for volunteer hours or a community member looking to lend support? Then we’ve got the perfect place for you to help out! Join us for a fun, relaxing, and delicious afternoon as we go over general planning thus far, remaining areas of need, and volunteer tasks for this year’s 3rd Olympia Arab Festival – Shuruq III.
This will be a potluck style bbq so please bring a dish to share with folks. To sign up for potluck items go to our group meal on Perfect Potluck.
We still need volunteers to help with in the following areas:
- Children’s Activities
- Art Gallery
- Welcome Table/Greeters
- Setup/Takedown
- Design
- Food help
