Students for Justice in Palestine will be tabling to encourage students to write to TIAA-CREF to divest from Caterpillar and distributing buttons showing solidarity with Palestinians.

Palestine Solidarity activists from Olympia, Tacoma and Seattle will deliver a letter to the Seattle TIAA-CREF office calling upon the investment firm to honor the life of Rachel Corrie by fully divesting from Caterpillar.

Chicago Divests will be holding a vigil in front of the Illinois TIAA-CREF office to remember Rachel Corrie and will be publicly asking TIAA-CREF to divest from corporations profiting from the Israeli occupation. A letter and petition will be delivered to TIAA-CREF representatives.

Popular Resistence Committee of South Hebron Hills will conduct a solidarity action calling for Justice in Rachel’s case and to support Palestinian communities of the area in their rights to live and resist. Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak has ordered the demolition and evacuation of 8 Palestinian villages in the region in order to confiscate the land for IDF training exercises.
Tanweer will protest the demolition of Palestinian homes and for justice for Rachel Corrie.
English Crawford’s English Club will host an open house in memory of Rachel Corrie.
