Walking with the People of Palestine

A presentation by Sr. Lisa Pires, member of a Christian Peacemaker Team (CPT) presently working in Hebron, West Bank, Palestine. CPTs have been active for many years observing, monitoring, and documenting human rights abuses in Hebron, one of the most sensitive and tense cities in the West Bank. Lisa has been in Hebron since October 2017.
More about Lisa: Lisa has been working for the past year with the Christian Peacemakers in the West Bank as a peaceful observer of human rights abuses. She was recently denied reentry by Israel to continue her work after she left in August to visit with family for a month. She is originally from India and spent most of her 50-year career as a Catholic nun working on behalf of the poor and marginalized in India.
