- Fisher Pavilion Indoor Stage: The Souk (Traditional Arabic Market with Vendor Booths). Music, Dabkeh , Stand Up Comedy, Bakery Booth, Exhibits, Photo Corner, Coffee, Dessert, Pastry, Ice Cream and Drink Booths, Spices Booth.
- Fisher Pavilion Outdoor Canopy Stage: Story telling “Tales of Arab Americans of the Pacific Northwest”, Poetry, Solo Music, Book Reading, Food Demos, Drumming (Tablah).
