Hiroshima-Nagasaki: Never Again! Remembering The Atomic Bombings After 80 Years

In remembrance of the atomic bombing of Nagasaki, a special candlelight program will be offered at Percival Landing in Olympia from 6:30 to 9:00 pm on Saturday, August 9, the 80th anniversary. Event highlights include interfaith and intergenerational speakers, singers Tom Rawson and the Raging Grannies, a photo display, and a candlelight vigil.

This event is organized by the Olympia Coalition to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (OCANW).  The Rachel Corrie Foundation has been a member of OCANW since its inception in 2017.
