DESCRIPTION:UNRWA USA is bringing its most iconic event to the Pacific Northwest for the very first time. This is your chance to provide critical psychosocial support to the millions impacted by the ongoing Israeli military assault on Gaza. This event includes an optional 5K walk/run\, fundraising prizes\, community\, and as much Palestinian culture as we can squeeze into your morning. The Gaza 5K is your chance to meet and connect with folks who share your solidarity and commitment to the mental well-being of refugees. \nSince 2012\, this annual event has united communities across the US in solidarity to fund mental health counseling and trauma support for Palestine refugee children. More than a race\, it’s a fun way to take action\, experience Palestinian culture\, and show Palestine refugees that Americans care. \nYou don’t have to run.
