The Rachel Corrie Foundation for Peace and Justice is currently accepting applications for an Associate Director position with a rolling application period.

The Associate Director position is a .75 FTE to 1.0 FTE position. The Associate Director acts as a management and development leader, working collaboratively to ensure that the organization consistently executes its mission and strategic plan and achieves its goals and objectives. With deep knowledge of core programs, operations and plans, she/he reports to and works closely with the Board of Directors and has responsibility for monitoring, managing, and guiding staff, programs, and development. The Associate Director is based in the RCF office in Olympia, Washington, and is a key face of the organization in the community and beyond. This position has a heavy emphasis on management, communications, and financial growth and sustainability.
